Senator Sirotkin “Assists” Governor Delivering the ALS Challenge to Montpelier Mayor at Celebration of Downtown Development Awards.

Michael quietly passed the ice bucket to Governor Shumlin, who then poured it over MontpelierĀ  Mayor John Hollar for the fast spreading national charity challenge for ALS. It was all in good fun coming after the Mayor and Governor spoke of the critical importance of state tax credits in facilitating and leveraging smart downtown development. Also honored at the event was Vermont’s godfather of downtown tax credits and historic preservationĀ  Paul Bruhn, Executive Director of Preservation Trust of Vermont, who Senator Sirotkin’s former governmental affairs firm representedĀ  for many years.
